With over a decade of experience in K-12 education and over 20 years of experience as a training specialist, Bill brings a unique blend of experiences to Penguin Society. He has worked as a K-12 building-level leader in Alaska, Texas, and South Korea. Bill served as a Social Studies Teacher for at-risk students in Texas. He is currently enrolled at the University of Miami as a doctoral student in Applied Learning Sciences.

Andrea has over 20 years of experience as a special education educator in Texas and Alaska. She currently serves as a certified special education teacher in Texas for early childhood special education self-contained. Andrea is a Teach for America alumna. She is currently enrolled at the University of Miami as a doctoral student in Applied Learning Sciences.
